Financial Aid

At City Center Academy and Spruce Hill Christian School, our desire is to provide an excellent academic program at a price that is affordable to the urban families we serve.  We are fully committed to ensuring that our doors remain open to those families who are unable to pay full tuition expenses. We are thankful to have a financial aid fund that is growing and which enables us to provide financial aid for more children who can benefit from a Christian education.

Financial Aid is made available to our families through generous and sacrificial donations to our Annual Fund from individual and corporate donors, grants, and even gifts from our own school family. Currently, almost 60% of our students receive some form of financial assistance.  These funds are distributed with great care, out of regard to those who have made this funding possible.  We seek to honor God through the process of considering your financial circumstances.

Financial aid is awarded based on:
  • completeness and accuracy in the application process
  • demonstrated financial need
  • evidence of financial values that make education a priority
  • support for the school’s policies and Christian philosophy of education by the parent and the child

We are interested in talking with you about how we can make tuition affordable and are willing to help you through the process of applying for financial aid.
Please call the School Office at 215.731.1930 to request your application.
